On a break yesterday I dove into this heartwarming video of the one and only Snoop Dogg celebrating his well-earned star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
It’s a beautiful speech full of love and acknowledgement for all the souls that made him what he is today. From Warren G and Dr. Dre to Quincy Jones and his own extended famiglia.
Saving the best for last, Snoop turns the praise inward, showering himself with love and gratitude. He gives thanks for putting in the hard yards and being such a humble little vegemite on the road to riches.
It’s so exciting to live in a time where so many different voices hold sway. While we might snigger at the gall of the Long Beach titan, self-love is something we should all be channeling.
We deserve all the love we can give.
