Old Fruit
There’s something that happens to a lot of old timers.
For so many they seem to lose sight of their inner compass.
Terrified of a changing world that no longer needs them, they allow their fears to take the wheel. Slipping and swerving into oncoming traffic, they rail against the present for being a sorry excuse of the past.
In order to avoid being a stick in the mud, we need to learn to eat more humble pie (more often). To embrace the fact that our opinions are nothing more than, well, our opinions.
If you have the courage to enact change, let it be positive.
Lead by example and leave a room brighter for having been there.
