I started Becoming last night, Michelle Obama’s autobiography, and found myself unwilling to put it down. There is an indescribable power to her writing, a by-product of her own inner fortitude. 

Young Michelle Obama (née Robinson) was nothing but determined, someone who never stopped investing in her future success. 

From an early age she instinctively grasped the power of positive thinking, realizing that we allow the world to put ceilings on our potential.

We’ve all fallen prey to negative thinking. Tied our shoes together before running a marathon.

Believing you can is the only way to avoid the cracks.
